Returns

We want you to be happy with your Noladays purchase.  If for whatever reason you’d like to return or exchange an item, we’re happy to help.  Please note that returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.  Items for return or exchange must be in new and original condition.  Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been used, worn, or washed.  To return or exchange an item, please include the following information:

Send return or exchange to Noladays Customer Service, P.O. Box 640124, Kenner, LA 70064.  Once we’ve received the item we will process the return / exchange within 1-5 business days.  Please note that original shipping charges cannot be refunded.  Also, unfortunately we are unable to cover shipping costs on items sent back to us at this time.  However, we can offer complimentary shipping on items we ship out for exchange.  If you have any other questions, please email us at orders@noladays.com and we’d be happy to help.
